NEW SPAM AND VIRUS FILTERING BEING IMPLEMENTED

For much of the last few weeks, our mail servers (as well as the mail servers of most other Internet Providers) have been besieged by massive spam and phishing attacks. In filtering this unprecedented amount of spam for our customers, it has caused unacceptable delays in our mail processing system. In order to combat attacks of this scale, we have decided to implement the premier spam and virus filtering solution available today, called "Postini". Once Postini is fully implemented, our mail servers should return to optimal processing speed. We expect the conversion to be completed by Sunday, March 16th.

As email accounts are upgraded to Postini, the old spam filtering solution will become inactive for the account. If you log into your email account at our web site and attempt to view or adjust your spam settings, you will see a message stating that spam filtering is not active on your account. However, Postini is active. It is just the old spam filtering solution which is inactive.
