TECHNICAL SUPPORT HOURS ARE CHANGING

Beginning June 18, our Technical Support hours will change to 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. These new hours will correspond to the regular business hours of our other departments (Sales, Billing, and Customer Service). Currently, there is not enough demand for support during "off-peak" hours to justify the required staffing during those periods.
