If you are unable to log into your email account at the top, left corner of the Members Page, then the reason is almost certainly one of the following...
1. You do not have a vtrocket.com email address.
The login function at our web site is, of course, for those who use our email service. If you use an outside email service, you will need to log in at your email provider's web site. If you do intend to use our VT Rocket email service, you are not automatically provided with a vtrocket.com email address. Instead, you can create your own email addresses at any time. To create an email account, please click here.
2. You are entering your email address or password incorrectly.
Please make sure that you use upper-case and/or lower-case letters exactly as you did when you created your email address. Also, remember that your dial-up username and your email address are most likely not the same, and you may have chosen a different password for your email account than you did for your dial-up account.
3. Your computer is not allowing "cookies".
Our web-based email system uses cookies (small files) to keep track of your email settings - so that you do not have to re-configure your settings each time you log in. If your computer does not allow cookies, you will be unable to log in. To configure your computer to allow cookies, please click here.
3. Your computer is not allowing "javascript".
Javascript is a type of programming language used on web pages. If your computer is set to disable Javascript, you will have trouble logging into your email account from our Members Page. If this is the case, you should be able to log into your email account at https://webmail.safepages.com . And to log into your Postini Message Center (to view suspected spam messages), go to http://www.vtrocket.com/start/spamconfig.shtml . If you would like to enable Javascript on your computer and you are not show how to do so, please contact us and provide your operating system version (for example, Windows XP, Mac OS 10.4, etc.) and your browser version (Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 1.0, etc.)
